The area is nearly interior complete, with the main remaining interior work being a large scale redesign and redo of Ayleid ruins due to a multitude of newer assets, hopefully including some weapons and more clutter. The Anvil release itself will add 240 exterior cells, 175+ interior cells, and a large number of quests, though the exact numbers are not quite clear yet. Then, with the Anvil release, we will add the main quest to Stirk as well, finally pulling it out of beta. When TR's update comes out, there will be an update, which will fix some issues with floating items over rich drawers due to model changes, transplant some quests away from the NPCs to be used in the main quest, and possibly also some fixes and tweas to existing quests and an additional misc quest.
As for Cyrodiil, the current plans involve an update to Stirk, in two stages. Quests have begun implementation, and some have already been merged for the SHotN Dragonstar expansion, which we tweeted about here. In more concrete and nearer future terms, we are very hard at work preparing the upcoming releases. PT's progress lately has been described as the best/most consistent so far, so hopefully you can expect more frequent content releases should that pace remain or even increase.
